The Gourmet Food & Wine Expo is back in Toronto at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre from Nov 20-23 and as usual it promises to be an exciting weekend of amazing food and wine. This year, the weekend will feature special appearances from Chef Lynn Crawford, Chef David Rocco and other great Canadian chefs, cheese seminars from Dairy Farmers of Canada and demos on the Food Network Canada stage, to mention a few of the many great reasons to attend the show.
I’m thrilled to share that I have TWO pairs of tickets to the VIP Preview Evening on Thursday November 20, 2014 to give away to the readers of Milk & Eggs and my friends on Twitter.

The contest closes on Thursday November 13 at 12 noon EST. The winners will be chosen at random and will be announced on Thursday November 13, after the draw takes place, via my Twitter account @savvari
Each ticket is valued at $45 ($90 value for each of the two pairs).

I would LOVE to attend the VIP Preview of the Gourmet Food & Wine Expo. Firstly, assuming it won’t be as packed as the weekend dates, because who likes waiting in lines, right? My boyfriend and I have such a love for food and wine, and we’re always up for trying new things. We’ve been talking about going ever since we heard about the event!

As a super busy mom of two, I haven’t had a fun girls night or date night (that’s a whole other story) In a really long time. As a foodie and true wine lover this seems like the perfect outing for some much needed fun, adult time.
I’d be very happy to win these tickets. My boyfriend is a picky eater (sorry if you read this!) and I have a hard time making foods that are nutritious and enticing for him. i think he would drool and salivate at gourmet food, and if I see what makes him eat a lot, then I can figure out how to make it for him. Also I love to eat everything so it will be the best day ever for me.
